Cooking steps 1/5

  • 200 g  flour-60 grams of  sugar-2 teaspoons  baking powder-½ tablespoon  vanilla sugar-125 g  butter-1  egg
  • Handheld food processor with egg beater-Knife-Chopping board-oven-bowl
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, use a hand-held food processor to mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and half of vanilla sugar. Dice the butter, put it in the bowl with the eggs, and mix.

  • 500 g  strawberries-25 g  sliced   almonds
  • Saucepan
  • Wash strawberries and remove stems and leaves. Bake the sliced   almonds in a pan until slightly charred and fragrant.

  • Lubricate the baking tray and pour the batter into the baking tray. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

  • 250 grams  mascarpone cheese-2 tablespoons  milk-½ tablespoon  vanilla sugar
  • Egg-beater-Small bowl
  • In a small bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, milk, and remaining vanilla sugar. Remove the baked cake base from the oven and let it cool.

  • Mint for serving

  • Put the cake base on the cake tray. Spread the mascarpone cheese mixture and put strawberries. Sprinkle baked almond flakes and garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy it after slicing!
