  • 300 g  flour-2 teaspoons  baking powder-30 grams of  cocoa powder-150 grams of  sugar-150 g  butter (soft)-1  egg-1 teaspoon  vanilla extract
  • Vertical mixer or hand-held mixer (with mixing head)-Large mixing bowl-Plastic film
  • Put flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and sugar in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Add small pieces of butter, eggs and vanilla extract, and stir until a large piece of dough is formed. Press the dough into a flat dish, wrap it with plastic film, and put it in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.

  • To make the filling: Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, then let it sit for 10 minutes and let it cool. Pour into a large mixing bowl, mix with sugar, then add milk residue, eggs, vanilla extract and starch, stir until smooth. Set it aside.

Sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder on baking paper, then knead two-thirds of the dough into a round shape, slightly larger than the baking tray. Place the dough in the baking tray and press it down to have a 2 cm high edge.
