Cooking Step 1/4


  • 1 kg  strawberry-1  lemon-100 g  almonds-70 grams of  brown sugar-3 tablespoons  starch
  • Grater-Juicer-2 bowls-Chopping board-Knife-Big bowl-Rubber scraper
  • Take two bowls, rub the lemons in one bowl and squeeze the juice in the other bowl. Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves. Roughly chop almonds. In a large bowl, mix strawberries, brown sugar, lemon juice and starch. Set aside.

  • 200 g  oatmeal-4 tablespoons  sugar-free coconut flakes-½ teaspoon  salt-60 g  olive oil-60 ml  maple syrup

  • Place oatmeal, chopped almonds, coconut and salt in a bowl. Pour in olive oil and maple syrup, stir all ingredients evenly, making sure that the maple syrup and oil stick to the dry ingredients.

  • Deep bottom baking tray
  • Put strawberries on the baking tray, then spread the cereal mixture on the strawberries and bake at 180ºC in a preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the cereal turns golden brown and begins to bubble.

  • 400 grams of  cream-1 box  vanilla sugar-240 ml  plain yogurt

  • While baking the oatmeal, start making lemon cream: Whip the cream and vanilla sugar together, then pour in the yogurt. Pour in the crushed lemon zest. Combine strawberry cereal with lemon cream and enjoy!
